Job Position: Sales Executive – Techno Commercial
Territory: Rawalpindi/Islamabad
An opportunity for fresh graduates (in Pharmacy or Chemistry) to apply their knowledge in practical field and to work with an established company as Sales Executive - Technical & Commercial, where you will learn about product development and sales process. This position is for sales of raw material with technical support to Pharma & Cosmetics manufacturers.
Job Description:
The Sales Executive develops and manages customer relationships for Pharmaceutical and Cosmetics business. As a Sales Executive, he will have the opportunity to work closely with our customers on new and existing project opportunities. He will have the opportunity to drive business by providing our customers with the most up to date information on Pharma Excipients & API, Cosmetics Active & Ingredients and formulation support. He will spend much of his time travelling to visit customers at their locations (factory, R&D center or purchase department). In this role he will also have the opportunity to address and anticipate new developments, challenges and opportunities almost every day.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Develops and executes a Territory Plan including a comprehensive sales calls, customer visits and follow-ups.
Promotes company’s product range in Pharma Excipients & API and Cosmetics Active & Ingredients to target manufacturers in the pharmaceutical, Neutraceutical & cosmetics industry.
Gains and maintains detailed knowledge of each existing and potential customer within the territory, which includes but may not be limited to their products, their internal manufacturing capabilities, new upcoming products, company information, market information, their current suppliers, organizational structure, and key personnel and update in company ERP system.
Understands customers decision making process and identifies who are the decision makers, key influencers, end-users and guiders, as well as their individual style and relationship, within customers organization.
Develop a win/win sales strategy based on customers needs, internal capabilities, competitor's weaknesses and strengths.
Follows sales processes when scheduling and conducting sales calls.
Discuss requirements, discuss with reporting manager to give quotations, negotiates sales contracts and volume pricing agreements.
Coordinates with support staff in Accounts and Logistics to ensure all customer needs are understood and met in a timely manner.
Forecasts territory sales figures and budgeting for upcoming year and monitor monthly actual sales versus budget.
Achieve sales target for the territory and market coverage target.
Prepares for and attends sales meetings and industry tradeshow meetings.
Update customer data, projects and daily activity report in company ERP system.

Skills and Qualifications Required:
Must have bachelor degree in Pharmacy or Chemistry.
1-3 Years sales experience is preferred but not compulsory.
Candidate must have good Presentation and Communication skills.
Candidate should have self-motivation for Sales, Sales Planning, Territory Management, Prospecting Skills, Persistence and Meeting Sales Goals
