Job Description:

A leading Real Estate Developer for luxury mixed use projects in Islamabad is looking for a Sales & Marketing Senior Executive.

The responsibilities will include:

Reports to CEO in day-to-day operations and tasks.

Manage, coordinate and motivate company sales and marketing functions to achieve required sales targets.

Develop and implement processes, procedures and tools to maximize the productivity and performance of the sales and marketing functions and to facilitate integration with other departments such as Finance, Development, Technical Interface Office, etc.

Conduct Market Research to develop an understanding of the competition, opportunities and customers.

Take the lead to Plan, develop and execute sales & marketing strategies.

Develop and coordinate sales release cycle and methodology, optimizing product take-up rates and pricing, based on customer requirements for products and services and project revenue needs.

Supervise the planning and development of company marketing and communications materials.

Establish and maintain appropriate budgets for sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Procure and manage external sales & marketing agencies as required.
Review and provide input into sales documentation and agreements.
Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales methods, costs, and results.

Education & Experience:

Experience in strategic planning and execution of real estate investment sales and marketing with proven knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and meeting revenue expectations.

Bachelor degree in a business related field, preferably Commercial Property, Marketing Investments.

Minimum of 6 years real estate industry experience in an investment sales/marketing management capacity.

Ability to manage internal and external resources where appropriate to produce quality materials within tight timeframes.

High computer literacy, professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with proven attention to detail.

Willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel when required.
