I am currently working at Ramada Creek Hotel Karachi as Resident Manager. I have 16 years of Hotel Management in Dubai and Pakistan. I have worked with Marriott Hotels in Islamabad, Karachi and Pearl Continental Rawalpindi. My last assignment was with Ibis Styles hotel in Dubai as Operations Manager. In addition of being responsible for the overall hotel operations, simultaneously I headed the sales for F&B department and achieved record business in Food and Beverage in 2019. I have demonstrated highest level of commitment and service to mission of any organization that I have served so far. I achieved highest RPS Reputation Performance Score which placed my hotel on the top position amongst all Ibis Hotels in Dubai in terms of guests' satisfaction.
