Assistant Training and Research Officer

Job Description:

• Perform training need assessments (TNAs).
• Prepare and design list of assessed trainings and annual calendar.
• Prepare as per the design the training modules/slides and other requirements.
• Compile and finalize list of training packages for various stakeholders.

• Consolidating, calls for consultancies and researches.
• Desk reviews of the EOIs and coordination with relevant partners.
• Execution of the research and consultancies with project team.
• Prepare all documentation and reports.
• Perform other need based organizational development tasks.
